In the midst of a resurgence in women’s cycling, Harley Davidson announced today that it is bringing a new female-focused line of bicycles to the market.
The bikes will be called Harley Davidson Girls, and they will be made with the same materials and features as the bikes that women’s brands like Nike and Uniqlo have made available to the public.
The new line will be offered in black, white, and gold.
The lines will have the same specs as the more established models, like the Harley Davidson XTR and the Harley-Davidson X, and the price will be about the same as that of the other female-centric brands like Uniqo and Nike.
However, Harley has decided to make the line available to women with more modest budgets, so that’s why the line is priced at $299.95, which is less than the $399.95 price of a comparable pair of women-only bikes.
The line will start rolling out to retailers in the U.S. in the first quarter of 2019.
